Where our reviews will come from
We have no customer reviews to show yet, and we would rather say so than invent any. When we publish reviews, they will come only from customers we have actually worked for. As a result, every review you read here will match a real job.
We will not show star ratings, quotes or names unless a verified customer has given them. However, you can already judge our approach by reading about how we clean roofs and the softwash roof cleaning process we follow, while you wait for real feedback.
What to look for in a roof cleaning review
A useful review gives detail. First, look for the roof type and the problem, such as moss on concrete tiles. Then check whether the reviewer says how the roof was cleaned, because gentle softwashing differs from a pressure jet. Specific points matter more than a row of stars.
- The method used, and whether the tiles were left undamaged
- How clear the quote was, and whether the final price matched it
- How tidy the team left the garden, gutters and driveway
- Whether the roof stayed clean in the months after the job
Also be wary of reviews that all sound alike or give no detail. Genuine reviews often mention small things, for example a slope that needed a second pass. Meanwhile, a flood of five-star posts on one day is a warning sign.
How to leave a review
If we have cleaned your roof, you can tell us through our contact form. Mention your postcode and the date of the job so we can match it to our records. We will confirm the work before we publish anything, since every review should match a real job.
Your review should describe your own experience in your own words. We will not edit it to change its meaning, because a fair review is only useful if it stays honest. A short note on the roof type and result is enough.
Before you hire any roof cleaner
